어쨌든 이것은 x = 4 가 될 것입니다.
자 그러면 x + 4 - 4 = 8 - 4 가 x = 4가 되는 과정에서 우리는 어떤 verbal expression을 더 해 주어야 할까요?
먼저 left side부터 나갑니다.
On the left side, there are one letter term and two number terms, and the number terms are positive four and negative four. Negative four is the opposite of positive four. And adding minus four to plus four makes zero because they are opposites of each other.
The opposite of a number is a number that when added to the number produces zero.
And I got x - 0 for the left side of the equation.
Zero plus a number leaves the number unchanged.
And so x - 0 = 0
Now I only have one letter term in the left side.

Finally, I got x = 4 and the root of this equation is ‘4’
